Are You Ready To Propel Your Social Impact Career to New Heights?
Join the transformative 3-month career change program tailored for people in social impact fields. This intensive, but manageable program equips you with the skills and insights to make big career moves with the support of a values-aligned community. Throughout this program, you will:
- Get clarity on your needs, values, and non-negotiables
- Cultivate a robust professional network within the social impact sphere
- Partner with other social impact professionals for support and accountability
By focusing your attention on strategic career change approaches, you'll unlock more fulfilling and impactful opportunities that align with your aspirations and values.
What's Included
Weekly Live CallsÂ
Meeting Tuesdays at 12pm EST, you'll get a moment to breathe with a mindful opening practice followed by group coaching related to a section of the workbook, and 3 live sessions will feature special guests who are leaders in social impact.
Community Space
The community space is locked and private just for us. Featuring challenge prompts to move you closer to your goals, the community space is where we share job postings, ask questions, and get support. It's also where live calls take place.
Workbook & CourseÂ
Work through the barriers that get in the way of your career goals and get the tools you need to simplify your job search process - from email and Linkedin message templates to leveraging AI tools, and tracking applications and networking.

MODULE 1
Getting Started
Reflect on where you are now and the areas where you want to focus. Uncover your opportunities for growth and exploration and find out what support systems you need along the way. We'll get started with these tools and approaches:
- Self-Assessment
- Career Change Audit
- Uncovering Your Energy Sources
- Goal Setting
As you finish this module, you'll have a better understanding of areas where you need support and skills you can share with others in our group.
MODULE 2
Understand YOU
With your goals established, you'll dig into a much more mysterious topic - YOU! In this lesson, you’ll learn:
- Your needs, unmet needs, and values
- How to shape your own dream job description
- How you define success and what your purpose is today
You’ll finish this module with the clarity you need to communicate what's most important to you in your next role.
MODULE 3
Get Organized
People say job searching is a full-time job, but with some helpful tools and automation in use, it doesn't have to be. In this lesson, you’ll learn:
- How best to use your precious time and energy to automate your search
- How to leverage AI tools to make applying easier
- How to track and manage applications and relationships so you don't drop the ball
With these practices in place, you'll get more time back to focus on what matters outside of the job search.
MODULE 4
Grow your Network
Forget the mediocre cheese plates and awkward small talk. In this module, you’ll learn:
- How to cultivate relationships starting with your existing communities
- How to navigate cold outreach by leveling the power dynamics
- The best ways to maintain and nurture your network based on your own needs (introverts included!)
You’ll finish this module with new ways to build meaningful relationships in ways that feel authentic for you.
You'll also...
✔️ Work through fears about career change, interviewing, leadership, and challenges
✔️ Learn how to tell your story and get practice communicating who you are and how you can contribute
✔️ Find out how to make hard choices with ease, whether choosing between multiple opportunities, moving to a new location, or something else
✔️ Clarify your value and get comfortable naming your salary expectations
✔️ Work with Julia in a private coaching session to go deeper into a specific challenge
And you won't do it alone!
With weekly group coaching sessions, guest speakers from relevant fields, an active community space with action-oriented challenge prompts to keep you motivated, AND a private coaching session with Julia, you'll be supported all the way through the program.

- Your values are aligned with equity, social justice, social impact, climate justice, and challenging oppressive systems and structures
- You have 8+ years of career experience (but book that 15-minute call if you want to challenge this!)
- You're not sure what's next in your career
- You want to make a career move but need more accountability and support
- You enjoy mentoring and supporting other social impact professionals
- Dates and times TBC, but before signing up, you can confirm availability for a minimum of 10 out of 12 sessions.

I’ll show you how to stop spinning your wheels, start getting traction in your career move, and grow meaningful professional relationships to make brave career changes that enable you to contribute to collective and systemic social change.
