In private coaching, we work together over 3 months with a bit of flexibility, meeting every other week via video call or phone calls. 

Before our first call after you sign up for a coaching package, which is 90 minutes, I will share my Discovery Questionnaire for you to read, review, and answer to the best of your ability. It will not only help us get to know one another, but it will also jumpstart the coaching experience with questions to help you go deep from the beginning. 

During our Discovery call, we will discuss what came up in your Discovery Questionnaire and create the goals for our work together. 

In our following 5 sessions which will be 1 hour, we will work towards your goals using a combination of transformational coaching methodologies, strength-based frameworks, and accountability mechanisms to support you with living your most fulfilling life while making your biggest positive impact in the world. 

The cost of coaching can range from $1000 per session to $150 per session.

As an ICF-certified Transformational Coach with a focus on Leadership Development for mid-career and senior-level folks in social impact and 6+ years of experience with coaching, I sit somewhere in the middle with my 2023 pricing at $3200 for 6 sessions over 3 months. I'm happy to offer payment plans up to 4 months for clients paying out-of-pocket who require assistance and encourage new clients to reflect on their financial capacity before we meet. I ask that clients paying with employer funds pay in the fewest installments possible. Note that payment installment plans are automatically withdrawn on the same date as your initial payment each month over 4 months. 

Keep these things in mind:

Many employers are delighted to invest in leadership coaching for employees! Here's a template you can use to request funding from your employer.

✅ The vast majority of career change-focused clients I work with increase their incomes through our work together by a minimum of $5,000.

Many increase their annual incomes by $10,000 - $50,000...which sets you on a path for continuous increases over time! The exception here is folks who are starting their own businesses or with different goals like prioritizing working fewer hours, in which case those clients report massively increased fulfillment in life!

My background is in nonprofits, corporate social impact, innovation and strategy, and community building. I work exclusively with purpose-driven people. My certification is from Leadership That Works' Coaching for Transformation program which was led by community organizers and social justice activists. At the surface level, coaching can provide accountability to support you through life and job transitions with greater ease, resources, and hands-on support. 

But ideally, we'll go much deeper than that. Most clients who work with me finish our 3 months working together reporting:

Clients who are seeking career change frequently also leave our work with more senior, much higher paying opportunities and the confidence to negotiate salary knowing your (immense!) worth.

My coaching principles were passed down from my teachers at Leadership That Works (where I was certified in LA 2018/19) who now lead the incredible Coaching for Healing, Justice, and Liberation Coaching certification program.

2. The Trans Justice Funding Project: The Trans Justice Funding Project is a community-led funding initiative founded in 2012 to support grassroots, trans justice groups run by and for trans people in the United States, including U.S. territories. We make grants annually by bringing together a panel of six trans justice activists from around the country to carefully review every application we receive. We center the leadership of trans people organizing around their experiences with racism, economic injustice, transmisogyny, ableism, immigration, incarceration, and other intersecting oppressions. Every penny we raise goes to our grantees with no restrictions and no strings attached because we truly believe in trans leadership.
