I'M JULIA FIRESTONE.
I’ve worked for “social impact” my whole career of +10 years, in nonprofits, corporate, and startups. Since 2017, I've also been a Career Transformation coach serving the next generation of leaders working for positive change in the world to live more fulfilling, integrated, and harmonious lives.
Something you should know about me is that I’m a whole and complex human. I consider myself an optimistic realist, a bit "woo woo," (and always down to blend tarot with coaching), but I also like to be grounded in reality. I'm a recovering people-pleaser, and I've got the emotional scars of past jobs, relationships, and an autoimmune disorder that nearly killed me. That is really effing hard to admit as someone working in individual and collective healing, but it also really sucks to perform perfection.
All of that to say, when we work together, you have my full permission to let your shoulders drop, exhale, and show up exactly as you are. You can trust that I’m 110% in your corner, holding your hand on that precipice of change, willing to get messy together or scrape our knees trying, and allowing your deepest desires and hidden dreams to unfurl.
I see you fully - what your heart longs for, and the places that hurt - and I know that if you are fully you, trusting yourself along the way, this world will get exponentially better.
