The Purpose Career Lab is a unique mix of career change accelerator and support group specifically designed for mid-career (10+ years) social impact professionals.

Featuring a curriculum built for experienced people making career moves and including the most current best practices around AI tools, email templates, and a personalized approach to project-based networking, the course will give you fresh motivation, insights, and greater ease as you move through your transition.

Here's what you'll get when you join the Purpose Career Lab in September 2023:

Option 1: PCL Lite

• Get the updated digital course and workbook for $275
• Keep the workbook forever. Digital course access is yours for 3 months.

Option 2: The Purpose Career Lab program

• Join one of 2 annual cohorts: September 21st through December 14th, 2023; or February 1st - April 18th, 2023.
• Get the updated digital course and workbook with templates, powerful tools, and worksheets. The workbook is yours to keep. You'll receive extended digital course access for 6 months at no extra charge.
• 12 weekly live group sessions on Zoom
• 1 live session per month (3x total) with guest experts specializing in topics like working with recruiters, how to create resumes/cover letters that stand out from the crowd, and insights on what it’s like to work in the top sought-after social impact roles in nonprofits, government, corporate, and social enterprises.
• 1 private career coaching session ($492 value)
• Capped at 10 members per cohort with priority access for private clients (who join the Purpose Career Lab at no cost)
• Pay in full for $1200 or in 3x monthly installments at $400/month for no extra fees. Laid off from your organization? Request “transition coaching” reimbursement from your employer!
• Plus 2x per year complimentary workshops for all current and previous members of the Purpose Career Lab
